Hi all! I just tested high positive for RA after years of on and off pain. It’s really come to a head and is starting to impact my mobility.
I’m thinking of making Edibles at home, since it’ll stay in my system longer and hopefully give me more relief.
Any recommendations on strain or other consumption methods? Smoking and vaping (concentrates) has given me very little relie . Generally I’m very sensitive to THC, so I don’t often use anything over 9% THC.
Any recommendations for pre-workout as well? I went swimming for a few hours yesterday thinking it’d be low impact – but I’ve really done a number on myself.
