So I recently stopped breastfeeding and just got my period for the first time in over two years! Oh man, it was bad. The cramps didn’t last too long, but were bad and had the same ‘feeling’ as labour, although not as bad. And, this is new post-baby, but everything in my lower region was so sore and tender. Even just standing up hurt down there. I am wondering what you ladies use for daytime, to be functioning at work. I have heard such great things about suppositories, but I am the farthest thing from a DIY girl, so whatever is pre-made is best. Also happy to hear recommendations for flower and oil.
