Guidelines & Reporting FAQs
I asked a question, when can I expect a reply?
Our Strainprint Community Moderators make a special point of reading each post, and we will do our very best to respond to your comment or question within 24 hours!
Are there posting guidelines to follow?
Yes! We know the internet can be a less than sunny place sometimes, and that’s why we have set out to make Community a safe space to learn and support each other.
When you sign up, we will ask you to read and agree to follow our five key rules. You can find them anytime in the Community Tips & Guidelines forum.
If you’re looking for more clarity about the kinds of posts you can make, please review the posting guidelines found in the Community Tips & Guidelines forum.
What should I do if I see something I don’t think should be in Community?
You’re always welcome to contact one of our Community Moderators, by emailing us at support@strainprint.ca. Posts and comments can also be marked as spam or flagged as inappropriate by clicking on the 3 grey circles on the top right corner of posts and comments. A drop down menu will appear with a list of options, including spam and flag.
If I report someone else’s post or comment, will they know it was me?
No, the only the people who will be alerted is the Community Manager and Community Moderator.
What is a moderator?
The moderator’s job is to ensure that everyone feels safe and supported in Community.
We would love for you to share with us! Please sign up and join the conversation.
