    How do I reset my Community account password?

    Uh oh… we have all been there! Not to worry, simply click ‘forgot password’, in the log in box, and check your email. Click the link in the email to reset your password. Enter a new password and click ‘reset password’. You will be back in good company in no time!

     

    Why is my account suspended?

    Sometimes member accounts are suspended either because of a violation of the site’s Terms of Use, or the Community Rules & Guidelines which can be found here https://strainprint.ca/community/forums/question/community-rules/
