    About Light in Grow room

    I currently have 4 Marionberry Kush in a 4x4x7 tent. They are about 8 inches tall and are very healthy (at least they seem). I have 2 x 600 watt LED COB 36 inches above them. My question is: How do i know when it’s time to lower the lights? Do i go by the height of the plant or are there any other clues to would tell me when it’s time to get the lights closer?

    The manufacturer recommends 36-40 inches at the beginning and after 1-2 weeks you go down to 24 inches. It seems like a drastic drop to me.

    I plan on adding 2 more 600 watt led cob before the flowering stage.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
